The adult classes are mainly focused on self defense, which I love. We learn everything from defensive tactics, punches, kicks, chokes and grappling. It is very well rounded. There is, of course, a belt progression system. Every one is extremely friendly and supportive. We have made some amazing friends because of the school! I really can't say enough nice things about this place. You should come try it out.
